Nothing puts a bigger smile on our faces than when customers ask for the Kobra bread! Named after our a head Chef’s beloved mother, who touched all of our lives in innumerable ways, this Azerbaijani specialty is a wonderful little piece of gently sweetened shortbread, made with pure and wholesome ingredients. Much of Chef Manijeh’s vast menu comes from her professional training, but there is always a taste of her mother in every sweet bit that comes out of our kitchen.
