One of the house specialties and increasingly popular is the Rolette cake.

Rolette is a thin layer of sponge cake that is first covered in chantilly cream (though other fillings are possible) and then “rolled up into a log. We then slice up the log and end up with individual portions of creamy cake, topped with powdered sugar and often a strawberry or a raspberry.
